Near-surface electromagnetic marker 3M™ EMS 1436, intended for marking the key points along the marked gas lines, such as:

• Intersection point with another underground line,
• Point of a change of direction of the underground line,
• Cable box location,
• Other important point along the path of the underground line,
• Passive marker, 

Near-surface marker can be used up to 0,6 m under the ground level.
